Facile a récupérer a l' aéroport de Narita. Facilité d utilisation. Excellent rapport qualité prix

So easy to order, good customer service, seamless delivery to hotel and return process was so simple! No hassle at all, super value for money!

Easy to purchase and install, and I had great connection at all times.

Japan-Wireless never disappoints every time I rent the portable wifi product.
Traveling from Tokyo to Hokkaido, whether it is on all night or not, the connection is good and no slowdown in service. very satisfied with it

Never had an issue, except for picking it up. The airport directions weren’t super clear, so I walked in circles for 15 extra minutes. But after that, no issues whatsoever! Worth every penny and cheaper than other providers for the same great speed.

Your service is highly recommended and the English instructions were so helpful.

This pocketwifi helps us throughout our entire trip to Japan. Thanks to Japan Wireless for the service. Very much recommended

This is very good for family shared internet. Easy pick up and drop at Narita.

There is one time it lost access. Just have to hard reset and remove the battery

Very useful and simple to use

It was the correct choice, what I needed to keep communication through all different devices, allowed me to work when needed.

The power bank was just enough to keep the devices charged trough all the day.
