Japan Wireless was excellant customer service and Pocket wifi worked great. I've used other companies and this is the best!!!

This wifi router was exactly what we needed for our 12 day trip to Japan, it delivered up to all expectations; it was very fast, the battery lasted well, all devices could connect to it (we had 3), it worked very well in the metro. Pick up at the hotel was easy and the drop off at the airport was just as easy and convenient. We recommended this to our friends, who also had amazing things to say about it. I will 100% rent this again on my next trip.

Great system. Worked well. Both my wife and I could access data on one device. Easy to pick up at arrivals, easy to return with prepaid postage envelope.

Japan Wireless pocket wifi was ideal for our two weeks vacation around Japan. Very easy to pick up and drop off, never lost signal and unlimited use for our 4 devices continuously connected to it. We didn't even need to use the extra power bank, even when out and about all day! 10 out of 10

Convenient airport pick up, small router easily fits in pockets with long battery life, great connectivity even in the subway, and convenient return in self addressed envelope! Reasonable cost! Thanks Japan Wireless!
