Very good! Good prestanda and battery time.

No problems at all. We ordered before our 3 week trip to Japan visiting many different areas. It was waiting for us at our hotel. Worked where we needed it to. Didn't have to mess with sim cards. Dropped it in the mail when we got to the airport for our flight home.

We used Pocket Wi-Fi device provided by Japan-Wireless for our 14 days' Japan trip. Their service is flawless. And my experience was extremely satisfactory, right from the booking of the device, getting its delivery, setting up the device and its utility through out the length of our tour, and also the ease of returning the device. The Best !!!

This service is extremely convenient and stable. It provided strong wifi signal to Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, and other places we visited in Japan. I highly recommend this service as the quality and value are excellent.

Easy and convenient to use in Japan

My device stopped working for the last few days of our trip but they sent me a new device same day and refunded me for the time it stopped working. I will be using them again
