Very reliable and easy to use, highly recommended for families

WiFi router was delivered to our hotel room when we arrived. The unit performed without any issues and lasted throughout the day. Charged at night, with minimal need for the additional battery. Our 2nd time using your services and can say it was a very smooth experience again. Arigato.

I'm really happy with the network that Japan wireless provided during my Japan trip. I rented campervan during my trip and traveled 12 days on road and didn't come with gps. I got Japan wireless router rental and it served me great. Not only directing, but also took it with me wherever I went for translation purposes which saved me :-) my wireless router didn't fail me n stood by my side with 100% network strength n also ease of pickup n dropoff service at the airport. 10 out of ten n highly recommend!

Excellent no issues with the device

Ease of Use: Activation was seamless on my iPhone 14 Pro. I had it up and running in minutes. I bought it the day before to make sure that it would be available on my phone. Once I bought it and scanned the QR code, the eSIM option was in my phone and ready to activate when I arrived in Tokyo.

Performance: The data was fast and very reliable. In fact, when my local Wi-Fi lagged, this eSIM was my go-to backup. I would see that the speed would start at 5G then switch to 4G. But it was still fast.

Data Usage: I didn't do heavy browsing, but for essential travel tools like Google Maps, managing my SUICA card, and checking currency converters, it was perfect.

Verdict: I’d definitely recommend Japan Wireless if you want a stress-free experience while navigating the city.

Was waiting for me at my hotel in arrival with everything I needed included in the package. Worked extremely well for the whole trip and was very easy to send back at the end of my trip. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and set up, no issues!

This made our holiday so stress free. My husband and I could both connect, the speed never slowed, and the battery lasted all day. Pickup and return was so easy. Absolutely recommend for any group where individual eSIMs are not the best option. I wish these were available in every country.
