Easy delivery to hotel, made days run smoothly with data access for google maps and battery pack for recharge for long days.
Highly recommend.

Easy pickup and easy drop-off.
Wifi worked great throughout the trip.
Great!

It was a great experience to pick up at hotel and drop off in mailbox at the airport. Good that there was a PowerBar battery included as it is really needed for long days going around. Thank you very much

Convenient and no issues!

Very organised, enjoyed and happy with this company

Have used this company before and product was fantastic and never lost wifi all the way around Japan ! Excellent service with delivery to hotel ! Five stars

Excellent service and a quality product. Highly recommended for travelers to Japan.

Great wifi service! We had internet everywhere we went, from Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo. Will be using again on our next trip to Japan. Thank you!

He was very easy to pick up the hotspot and the price was good and the overall experience was very simple and effective. Internet was fast and no problems.

Was very easy to order, pickup, setup device, and return. Pickup and return was in the airport. The premium package had a power bank just in case we needed it but we didn’t. The Wi-Fi device battery lasted the whole day we were out. My daughter had the same device and we were able to keep in touch when we got separated. Would use this service again.
