Great service

Although it was hard to find the post office at Narita to collect the wifi router, once I had it, my trip became more enjoyable as I could use the internet where ever and whenever I wanted. It was easy to use and I did not need to use the free power bank as the battery lasted almost a whole day.

It helped through all of our trip.

We used Japan Wireless for our recent three-week trip. It was delivered to our Tokyo hotel for arrival. Super easy to set up. Fantastic connections everywhere. We used maps constantly, as well as constant upload of photos to cloud. No problems at all. Highly recommend!

1. They have the option to mail the device to Hotel or Airport, easy for customer to pick it up
2. Both the wifi hotspot and the portable charger is charged
3. Setup instruction is provided, easy to follow step by step
4. Return is convenient, envelop is provided

The service worked well and provided wi-fi access throughout our stay in Japan, making it easy to get about and discover the country. Everything worked fine.
