Very reliable service. And the data connection speed was really fast too. Will recommend to everyone.

Very convenient and easy to use. Comes with a handy power bank that makes the pocket Wi-fi last for a day. We are 6 in the group and we did not have a problem with the internet connection. Fast and efficient, and the pickup and returns are very straightforward.

I went to Japan for 2 weeks and the pocket wifi was perfect for me compared to buying an E-Sim. The instructions were very clear and even gave directions as to how to pick up the pocket wifi. During my trip, I had only 1 connection issue come up when using the wifi which was due to lack of service in Sunshine City in Ikebukuro.

I was able to use the wifi at full charge, 100%, from typically 7 AM to 8 PM, without it dying. I found myself not using the portable charger unless I forgot to charge the pocket wifi that day.

It is also very travel friendly despite the assumptions of it being large and bulky. I would say that the size was around 3 in x 3 in at most. It was also very light.

Subscribed to Japan wireless when I was in Tokyo Japan from July 31 to August 9. The process was simple and easy. Having unlimited data was so good. I can explore Tokyo with Google Maps and Translate smoothly. Thank you Japan Wireless.

Our order was as requested at the airport, installing was easy and we were able use the internet anytime & anywhere! Great service

Using the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was great! Easy pickup at the airport. Dropoff at a post box in the airport with a prepaid envelope. I had enough data for 4 of us for 14 days in Japan. I'm very satisfied with my experience and would use their service again.

I had no issues setting up my request for this wifi device while in Japan. The online portal was easy to use. The only challenging part was finding the wifi center pickup. Otherwise, I used this pocket wifi religiously while in Japan. I will use this service again!

clear information on web site, very easy to acquire and install.

incredible convenience recommended 100% because at night we recharged it and during the day it was always active, working. The clerks were very kind in the delivery at Haneda airport.

This was my first time using a wifi box and I have to say I’m so thankful that I rented this one bc it’s came in handy and it’s more reliable than the e-sim me and best friend both had ! I’m definitely booking it again on my next trip !!
