Excellent service. Picked up at the hotel and returned from the hotel - very straight forward. Good battery life. Very portable and easy to carry around. Never let me down.

Easy and convenient pick up and return! We had some issues getting the battery to charge a couple of times but otherwise worked great!

The japan wireless WiFi worked great while visiting various cities in Japan recently. We used the WiFi on 2 devices for about 3 weeks without problems (we had to reset it twice while in train stations but were easy fixes). The provided instructions were easy to follow. Thank you!
