I ordered the pocket WiFi when I got to the airport. The process was easy and very convenient. The shipping was fast because it came to the hotel by afternoon even though it was expected to be delivered by 23:00 on the same day. Would recommend to friends and family who would like to travel to Japan!

This service was great. Easy to use and convenient. Even though I had data on my phone esim it was good to have an unlimited service for steaming and the kid's tablets. We didn't use it he hotel wifi as this service worked consistently and saved hassle with configuring devices at each hotel. Pickup and drop-off were super easy. I recommend it.

We had a Japan wireless plan during our recent visit, l had it connected within a couple of minutes and it never let us down anywhere while we were there, if you are visiting I would highly recommend this service, we could not have navigated our way around without internet connection

Pickup was easy. Connection was fast and mostly stable. Battery lasted 12 to 14 hours. We never needed the provided powerbank. And dropoff was easy as well.

I preordered the device and pickup at the airport was super easy. The manual was also reduced to the max in a positive way. What you needed to know was explained. No fuss, no hassle. Connection was stable and fast. As a family of four, we all had reliable and fast internet, even in rural areas. Return in the envelope by mail was as straight forward as pickup. Just throw it in one of the mailboxes in Narita Airport. We will be returning customers.

Pocket Wi-Fi worked great on our 10 day trip to Tokyo, always had a strong signal , the battery lasted all day, we didn’t need to use the supplied power pack, just charged it overnight and we were good to go. Great service, we chose hotel delivery and it was waiting for us when we checked in.

We arranged for a wireless hot spot for our 12 day trip from Australia to Japan in October 2024. The device was waiting for us at Terminal 2 at Haneda Airport as promised and the kit contained the hot spot itself, a carry bag, battery backup and cables. We had absolutely no issues connecting to the device and it was small enough to be carried in my pocket during our daily travels. We never had any issues with battery running out during the day or connections. The pickup location at the airport is a little bit difficult to find if you have not been there before as it is only a very small shopfront, but the information desk at the airport pointed us to exactly where we needed to go. I would highly recommend using Japan Wireless if you are travelling and have multiple persons who need to access Wi-Fi internet. Return was quick and easy via the pre-paid return envelope which we posted into a post box at the airport upon our departure.
