Used this service for the first time; so convenient and reliable. The only challenge we encountered was that the battery life was poor. We got maybe 2-3 hours per charge. The company does provide a power pack for on the go recharging, so that was appreciated. All in all, a great experience and I plan to use it on my next trip.

Very easy to get the wifi device from the hotel, and it worked great all over Central Japan for three weeks. Highly recommend!
