Worked as described and was an awesome option for our family whilst travelling Japan. Will get it again on our next trip.

It was very easy to use, and worked well, everywhere we went.

In our group we had people using e sims and international service plans. We opted for a pocket WiFi. Through out different cities, local trains and even bullet trains, we always had a stable connection. On days we went to Disney and Universal Studios, we did run out of battery. And the power bank had a rough time charging the pocket WiFi from 0% so we would turn it off and let it charge for about an hour while we ate. Not a huge deal. All in all, we would rent again. Japan Wireless takes care of everything with a case, power brick, power bank and cables. The charging cable that was given to us did not work great but I always carry my own so keep that in mind, it was not a big deal to us. We would recommend Japan Wireless to anyone wanting to keep a stable connection while visiting Japan.

This pocket WiFi worked perfectly. It was me and my wife’s first time ever traveling outside of the USA and this pocket WiFi worked wonders and never gave us any issues. The next time we come back to Japan we will definitely be getting it again!

The purchasing of this mobile Wi-Fi was the best thing we did for our three weeks in Japan. We did a lot of travelling and it never failed us.
A full charge overnight lasted us most of the following day, although we did find it useful to carry our own charge block giving us reassurance it would last when we arrived back at the hotel very late in the day

We used Japan Wireless during our recent trip. The modems were delivered directly to our hotel. We did have one small issue with a cable not working but a quick email to the company and a replacement was sent to our hotel the next day. Easy set up easy to use, return envelope is so handy we dropped it at reception on our way to the airport. Great service 5 stars 🌟
