This was invaluable in my Trip to Japan. I did have some connection issues however I was able to troubleshoot that successfully. Their support is quite helpful and quick. It is also truly unlimited, there was no data throttling. Definitely would use again.

I am very happy and satisfied with Japan wireless WIFI service. The Wifi modem arrived on time and the device was easy to use and easy to return. I would use it again next time when I go to Japan!
