We always had great reception and were very happy with it. I can only recommend Japan Wireless.

Everything was there on time and it worked straight out of the box. Without internet Japan wouldn't have been as easy to navigate and communicate in.

The entire experience was exactly as I wanted. Easy pick up, straight forward to use, good signal everywhere and drop off at airport post box made it perfect.

The web is intuitive and user friendly. You can purchase it with all the information you need

Whenever I have used Japan Wireless the device has ben waiting for me at the hotel and has been very easy to use.
Having secure wifi for multiple devices always with me makes work and vacations in Japan so easy.

We took it at terminal 2 (airport) when we arrived in Tokyo and we left it at the same place when coming back to Spain. Very easy to use.

Ordering our router from Australia was pretty easy and we were pleased to find it was there for us to pick up at our hotel reception the day we checked in. The router worked a treat, reception was perfect all across Japan. It's definitely a must-have accessory to be able to navigate around and most importantly for Google maps. Also we had a complimentary charge to carry around. We would highly recommend getting a router from Japan Wireless.
