It was my first time to rent a portable WiFi with Japan Wireless (Ninja WiFi), so it took a while to locate their shop stand at the airport. Other than that, the WiFi was "plug and play" easy and no stress at the hotel I stayed. I put in my bag and left it on so I could get the emails and stuff from Overseas.

Good price, it worked well the hold trip and it arrived on time to the Hotel.
Recomended!

The pocket wifi was easy to use

I had to extend my service quickly because I had to stay longer as my father got worse, and this person helped me.
Thank you.

I didn't have issues, sim worked perfectly

Good coverage during the complete roundtrip

The item came in handy on my trip to japan. Besides the wifi cutting off a few times, this was a great rental.

Great, kept me connected throughout the trip. Very easy to use and reliable. Would buy again.

I was very satisfied with the use of the Pocket Wi-fi. The instructions were clear and the signal was great. During my visit, about 98% of the time it was working. 2% of the time it was very slow in its response. The battery also lasts for the whole day. Charging the pocket wi-fi was fine as long as it is completed overnight. The power bank was also fine as long as it is charged overnight, but sometimes I forget.

どうもありがとうございます。

I look forward to my next visit with your wi-fi service! =)

Super easy and very helpful!
