Maybee, you can explain that it’s no office to pick the wireless, but it ´s on the post office. We had some difficulties to find this device in the airport.

When i had a problem with the the charger wire, I was immediately sent a new pocket WiFi to my next hotel and instructed to purchase a new cable which would be reimbursed with a receipt. They were great.

I cannot imagine my trip without this wireless router, we would be completely lost without it. It worked without any problems, the connection was fast and battery lasted for a long time. Very happy with my purchase!
