The service that brings its really nice, i never lost signal of the device and the attery long enough for my days, it was rare when i use the extra batery that they gave to charge the batery of the device

I've used this several times, very convenient and easy to use. They were organised enough to check my flight number as I said the wrong terminal so overall very pleased

The Pocket Wifis worked perfectly. We were able to keep in touch with family in Hawaii as well as all our Japan friends.

Great service at a great price. Our portable wi-fi was easy to use and connect both of our phones to. Internet access was constant and high speed for the entire two weeks we used it in (and in between) various cities in the country. Will definitely use this service again!

I had no issues with the portable router and it worked very well. Battery life was a little more than 10 hours which was amazing for my trip. Highly recommend this product for any tourists visiting Japan!

I ordered a device for my 18 day trip to Japan, covering both bigger cities like Hiroshima and Kyoto but also more rural areas include Yakushima. I very rarely had issues with the device, there was only one instance where it was not working that was fixed following the reset instructions provided. With the exception of the mountains of Yakushima there was good signal coverage. Easy to collect and return, will definitely use this service next time i'm in Japan.
