It worked great for our recent trip to Shinjuku, Japan! Great service to have it delivered to our hotel and easy drop off in the postal box! We loved it thank you!

Was extremely happy with using this company. The product worked perfectly, was easy to install and delete when finished. I did only use it in metro areas but had no lapses. Would use again in future travels.

Having 24/7 unlimited connection is a game changer for a foreigner visiting Japan. This service is also super easy, hassle free and super stable. Perfect for families or groups with multiple devices.

The first thing I always pick up on arrival. Very easy.

Really had no issues, but it only allowed 8 simultaneous connections instead of 10. With so many people with phones and kids with ipads, it was really 2 less than what we really needed.

The portable Wifi works great, no problem when I was in Tokyo.

We rented a premium WiFi for a holiday in Japan. The unit worked flawlessly giving us fast internet wherever we went. The unit was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and was easy to return using the pre-paid postage bag provided.

This device did what it was meant to do, and it did it easily. I strongly recommend it.

Purchased wireless online - collected at Osaka airport - a little difficult to find where to pick up at airport.
Would recommend. Dropped off at post box. Easy instructions

Received at Hotel on time! Easy to follow instructions! Returned easily! Smooth transaction! Thank you! Highly recommend!
