This was easy to use and we had great service all over Japan. Easy return via mail.

Good service, easy to get

I have rented many pocket WiFi’s, but this was the best! It never ran out of power each day of use from morning til night. All the others I rented before had to be charged by the afternoon.

Great cheap probable internet. It came with everything that was needed. Post box in the airport meant we had it up to the last minute.

All works well. The set up was very straightforward and easy.

Exactly as described, worked flawlessly and cheaper than airport desk prices!

I have used Japan wireless several times in Japan and have found that there service and equipment to be excellent! I have never had to recharge the battery because it lasts all day and night. At the end returning it is easy and convenient!

Easy to use. Strong signal.

The pocket WiFi that we used while traveling through Japan was a MUST. My wife and I agree on our next trip no matter what we need to make sure we have our SUICA, GO App and Pocket WiFi! It is critical if you want internet access no matter where you are!
