Thank you, Japan Wireless was very easy to order. The device was waiting at the hotel when we arrived. It was a relief to be able to be on-line when ever and where ever we wanted rather than wait for the evening at the hotels. The drop off at the airport post box was easy as well. Will definitely us on our next trip to Japan.

Excellent! Order process was easy to use. Product worked like dream. Cannot fault the service we received. Would recommend without hesitation.

Worked everywhere in Japan, including remote islands of the inland sea, or on fast trains. Just once in 3 weeks I had to shut and restart to restore the signal.

The device was really great. It was easy to use and worked really good and reliable. It was even better than the Wi-Fi in the Hotel.

Pick up was super easy at the post office in Narita, same for returning at airport.

No issues with signal during our trip altrhough Japan. It is incredibly useful to have for trains, directions and sightseeing. We will be using this service again on our next trip.

Arrived at the hotel before check in, so ready to go. Easy set up, fast connection. No roaming fees. And who can find their way around Tokyo without Google Maps, is a genius.

Drop it in the mailbox after use with the envelop already prepaid and you're done. Couldn't be easier. Highly recommended!
