It was so easy and as expected. Zero hassle Zero issues worked everywhere with out fail! and i went as far north as Hachinohe

Used this a lot while in Japan. Only problem was,the parties that shared this networking had to be near me to use it. It would be nice if they had an optional device for sharing without paying full price for another device.

Anyone can supply a product but it’s the service that makes a company. And here we have a company that thoroughly deserves my custom 2 years in a row.
Through no fault of this company I had two problems , one in my making.
First one I received a reply within the same hour and a replacement sent to my hotel the next day . The next I never read the instructions clearly and I was late in over a week sending the unit back . I just want to state this was resolved with professionalism and without fuss.
Like I said the service makes a company and with this level I would urge people to use japan wireless without any qualms.

it's really the perfect solution

I used Japan Wireless everywhere in Japan, even on a 13 day cruise around the southern islands, and got great reception, except far away from land. Highly recommend it, esp. if traveling independently. Even if you get GPS in a rental car, it doesn’t always work right. With Japan Wireless you can always use Google Earth—a real lifesaver!

Great SIM. Good coverage, plenty of data and a reasonable price.

It's super easy to use, we arrived at Narita, and there was our pocket wi-fi waiting for us. We travel two weeks and never had a problem. We had to phones and one ipad connected... never run out of batteri and we had pretty good coverage most of the time (not in train tunnels, but that is only logic :-). For delivering it back, it couldnt be easier, just dropping the pre-paid envelope at the airport post-box! We highly recommend Japan Wireless!!!

It was great having the pocket wifi while travelling in Japan. It was a big, big help when we needed directions going to the places we wanted to see. The only minor problem was the faulty cable for charging the powerbank & wifi so we used our own cables. Easy to drop it off at the airport. Will be using the service again when we go back for another visit. Thanks!
