I have always ordered their pocket WI-FI and this is my first try of using eSIM, I was surprised that it is fast and reliable, and very easy to set up. Definitely, will order again. :)

We used the device for 7 days without no problems or downtime (four cellphones were connected all the time), even outside the Tokyo Metropolis. Very reliable and easy to operate. Highly recommended, specially for first-time visitors to Japan.

Worked great used two devices

easy to find and setup device. battery last at least 8-10h depending on usage. We had early arrival to airport so there was a minor inconvenience because we had to wait until booth opened to obtain device. Other providers had automated pickups.

Portable WiFi was waiting when we arrived at our hotel. Worked really well for our family of 4 for 17 days. Easy to return at Post Box at the airport.
