Excellent

Never went anywhere without it! Instructions were clear, battery life was great and the signal was always reliable. Made travelling around Japan an absolute breeze, highly recommend and would use again!

Very good coverage! Easy to setup and I got wifi near Mt. Fuji.

Thank you!

Highly recommend! Easy to use and had WiFi throughout my travels in Japan. Great service- delivered to hotel and easy return process.

Easy to use, and a great convenience for visitors to make the most of a visit to Japan, a wonderful country!

No problems at all

I will definitely choose Japan Wireless for next time as well. :)

It was great to have this pocket wifi. We travelled around Japan by car and it was very useful to use our google maps. One day we had a small problem with the pocket wifi, I contacted with the company by email and they answered very fast.
Easy to use and we recieved it perfectly in our hotel!!!

Great service, would strongly recommend.

I would give it 5 stars if the battery of the devices would last at least for 24h (the one we had lasted 10h maximum)
