I liked very much the service and the wireless device received from "Japan Wireless" during my stay in Japan : the pickup and return via the Post Office at the Narita Airport went smoothly, the setup of the device is very easy. The device can connect to several phones simultaneously. The package includes a charger and cable.

Our flight was delayed so we missed the open hours in Narita Airport but they were so so helpful and it was so convenient. The wifi is really fast as well! Comes with chargers and power bank and all, so so good!! Thanks so much!

Everything was as promised. The device was in our hotel by the time we arrived. We travelled across Japan and we always had signal. Fast, easy, intuitive. And the returning process couldn't be any easier. Just leave it on a mailbox in the envelop they give you... No really, is THAT SIMPLE!!

We rented a pocket wifi for a 15-day visit to Japan, including Toyko, Kyoto, Nara, and the main island of Okinawa. The service was great for the entire trip. We typically had 2-3 devices connected to it and most days we did not need the back-up battery, but it was nice to have, as we sometimes used it to charge one of the devices if it was running low. Picking up the wifi was very simple, as was turning it on and setting it up. I loved that we only had to drop it off at the airport post office - it was so easy and quick! I would absolutely rent this again for future visits.
