Good price for the data and days, very easy set up and good instructions available. Worked quickly and everywhere we went in Japan.

Japan Wireless service was excellent and we didn't get any drops or blackouts. Service was constant and we are very satisfied with Japan Wireless Service.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a short term data only service in Japan.

They don't have a pick up location in Haneda Airport however they did send the SIMs to our hotel in Shinjuku and it arrived before we landed in Japan.

Very good, easy to order and efficient. Just what you would expect for be service in Japan. 🙂

Excellent service!!!

This is a must see if you are traveling around Japan using google maps, it was night and day using the is wifi box! We used our phones in the past and the internet was too slow and unreliable, get this and you will have a better experience!

Japan Wireless was about as seamless of an experience as you can get. After purchasing our pocket WiFi ahead of time we picked it up at the airport and were able to start using it immediately. There were occasional connection issues when switching from hotel WiFi, but nothing that wasn't remedies within a minute or two. The pocket WiFi and battery pack lasted us through every day no matter what we did or how heavily we used it. Then, returning it was a breeze with the given envelope. I'd highly recommend Japan Wireless and fully intending on using it again when we return to Japan.

Even if you have a good roaming pack, its worth having a data sim as a backup when signals get weak. This is especially the case outside of Tokyo.
