Travelling to Japan in September for Rugby World Cup, was a little apprehensive about data needs and Wi-fi but Japan Wireless were great arranging for delivery to our hotel as post office will be shut when we arrive and even advised of bank holiday and how that would save us a days rental! Gives total confidence that it will all work like clock work on arrival

Easy set up and great WiFi connection. This is a must purchase when visiting Japan.

i had my device for about 10 days and it was a must-have. i had to put my phone into airplane mode the entire time i was in tokyo(to avoid roaming charges back home) and this was perfect for everything that i needed to do.

the connection was fast and i never had to recharge it on any of my outings. the one small problem i had was that it would stop working, and i would have to push the power button to get it going again. not a big deal as it never failed completely, but i did have to do this every day at some point; sometimes multiple times a day. other than that very small issue, i had no other problems whatsoever.

i plan on going back to japan on my next vacation and i will 100% be getting one of these again. a must-have if you need wifi!

Awesome Experience. Picked it up Narita Airport Post Office. WIFI was very Fast everywhere we went in Japan. Returned in the post office drop box at the airport. So simple to use. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Japan.
