best wifi ever! bought 2 times and always cool and fast! 5 stars!

Very reliable

WiFi worked fabulous! Never had an issue. Lasts most of the day, but there is a portable battery to use if it does go flat.
They were extremely accommodating as our flight was changed to arrive at Haneda instead of narita on the day we flew out, so they sent a new one out to our hotel and it was there by 8pm that day. We did still have to pay the extra 1000Y but it was definitely worth it.

Pick-up from Narita airport was super easy, Internet connection was fast and the pocket wi-fi functioned just as expected. Great service, would definitely use this again next time.

everything was perfectly organized, it was very useful to have the dongle, the whole package included all that is needed and, receiving and returning was very easy
