We used Japan Wireless on our 12 day trip across Japan. It was very simple to pick and return the device. Connectivity was consistent, reliable and fast in cities (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) as well as outside (Mt Fuji, Miyajima). I will recommend to anyone traveling to Japan

Japan Wireless made this whole process very seamless. In planning our first trip to Asia, there are many aspects to research and make decisions on. Japan Wireless did not add any extra stress to the planning and we greatly appreciate that. In addition their custom service is prompt and professional. We have been very impressed with the whole process.

My SIM card didn't work for a few days and they offered to send me a replacement of either a new SIM card or a wifi router. Their customer service is awesome!
