Service was great value for money, easy to pickup and return. Never had issues connecting with it either.
Next time I'm in japan, I'll rent one again!

Smooth and easy pick up and drop off. Great customer service. Excellent network coverage at all the areas we visited (Tokyo, Kawaguchiko,Kyoto, Osaka, Nakatsugawa area). Power bank included (very useful).

I purchased the eSIM card before I left for my trip to Japan, it worked beautifully! I never had a problem accessing the internet during my stay. I would definitely recommend it!

This is my 2nd time to order here and on both occasions, their devices have never failed us particularly in Kyoto, Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo. We will most likely book again for our next trip to Japan. Thanks

Excellent service. Works flawless and much faster than cellular. Highly recommended if traveling in Japan

I travel to Japan regularly and pocket wifi is the simplest and most reliable way to be able to access wifi everywhere. The service is exceptional and the device is so easy to use.

Had no issues, internet worked well all the time and handling was smooth.
