That's my second rent and everything worked perfectly.

Service was available and outstanding for 3 devices to be constantly using it. Used from Tokyo, Kyoto, to Osaka and had incredible service. Easily pickup and drop off service.

Seemed the best WiFi devices on offer and can pick up at the airport. Didn’t find any option to add on the pocket translator

I will be using wifi router from Japan Wireless for the first time. The rental process was easy to understand and the cost was very reasonable for my stay in Japan.

Package was waiting for me at check in, wifi hooked up with no problem. Worked everywhere on Hokkaido. Returned everything in the envelope and asked the front desk of my last hotel to mail it. No problems and fast wifi service. Would highly recommend this company!
