We picked up our WiFi unit at Haneda Airport. From that moment we had very good WiFi. It was easily portable and made sure that we could use our apps and were in communication straight away. There was no fuss in charging the unit and we were never close to running out of battery. We would use it again on further trips.

Have rented the WiFi devices for many years. Having the spare battery really keeps it going. I tried the eSIM but it didn’t work. Cannot beat the WiFi unit and spare battery. Not to mention waiting for me at the hotel at checkin and the return postage paid envelope. Will be back again for sure

The price and value were unbeatable… it was also very convenient although we arrived on the different terminal were there was no pickup… So we have to have it delivered in the hotel.

Reliable, fast internet for three weeks straight. Charge held all day with two people connected. Used in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

The (premium) Pocket WiFi hired for our time in Japan worked exceptionally well and we never had a problem. Collection and return were all very easy and will be be hiring again on our next visit.
