This worked great to allow internet access and FaceTime communications between my son and I when needed.

Service is excellent!

we've been using Japan Wireless for our 2 week trip to Japan. Service was impeccable, on time and with no fuss. Wifi reception excellent everywhere we visited. Highly recommended.

Very fast connection

Very convenient. Excellent service during my entire stay and tour of Japan.

Customer service was very prompt, helpful and courteous. I suggest the ability to save the application info in order to return at another time after questions are answered and to finish the process.

The portable wireless box was very useful for our trip. Really recommended.

Nos sirvió perfectamente durante todo nuestro viaje, pudimos conectar 4 teléfonos todo el tiempo y la señal era muy poderosa

Very good service. Easy pick up and very easy to send it back

I can't imagine traveling in Japan without this. I was originally going to use my cell phone service (Verizon), but my wife really wanted the pocket wifi as a backup. It's a good thing that she insisted, standard cell service was dismall. We used the pocket wifi for two weeks, all day every day. Great connectivity, and never ran out of power. I would highly reccomend anyone traveling to Japan to make sure that they have one of these on hand.
