I travel to Japan regularly and pocket wifi is the simplest and most reliable way to be able to access wifi everywhere. The service is exceptional and the device is so easy to use.

Had no issues, internet worked well all the time and handling was smooth.

This device worked very well every day almost everywhere on our 15 night trip. We rarely needed to use the power booster and it was better value than a digital SIM for the two of us. I would give five stars if a map of where to collect the device was provided. The kiosk was very hard to find (tip: face the front of the large Information Desk in the departure terminal, turn to your left about 160 degrees and walk past the escalators on your right into an area that stretches out to the right. It ends with a general shop at the far end. Walk into this space and the very tiny white kiosk is on your left about one third of the way in).

We are so happy with the fast and efficient service of Japan Wireless. Transaction was easy and swift. We will definitely use their services again when we visit Japan.

Worked perfectly for the whole trip! Charged the device overnight and it would last the whole day. We got lost trying to find where to collect the device in Haneda Airport but there were plenty of staff to help us. Posting back was not an issue at all, there were plenty of post boxes in the airport.

The SIM was delivered to my hotel and worked perfectly in several cities and in the mountains as well.

Very fast and unlimited data. You need to bring power bank since battery of wifi is good for 8-10 hrs only.

Got the wifi upon arrival at our hotel. Used it for 7days in Tokyo with 2 devices connected to it. Great reception anywhere we went. Battery still good after 20hrs of usage. We didn't even use the powerbank provided. Returning the device is easy, return envelope is provided. We dropped ours in the postbox in Narita Terminal 2. Thanks Japan Wireless for the excellent service!
