Japan wireless had very good service and was very helpful while traveling in Japan! Highly recommend!!!

Having the Japan Wireless WiFi with us for our 2 week trip made everything so much easier. Google Maps for directions, Google for ideas to do, train timetables, everything was easier with the WiFi in the pocket.

We rented a pocket wifi for 2 weeks in July 2019. It was very convenient, was at our hotel when we arrived. All 4 of us could connect multiple devices and made getting around Japan easier, especially when wifi is not readily available. We will definitely use this again when we return to Japan.
