I had a simple question about my 4-week-long rental while I had it. The response was thorough and quick, then they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. The connectivity was pretty consistent and we relied on it throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotspot was indispensable on our trip. It helped with navigation, communication within Japan and getting access to sites like Trip Adviser.
Most importantly the pickup and final drop off at a mailbox was super easy.
The gear was in top condition and there even was an external battery.
Reception throughout our trip on the main trip island was good to great. Thank you.

Easy. The pocket Wifi was sent to our hotel, and Everything worked perfect.

Our pocket wifi made is so much easier to travel around Japan, no issues no problems, no worries. We literally had it on day and night for 9 days, It naturally did get warm to the touch but not to the point is was uncomfortable, rarely made any difference in its productivity. My wife and I had both phones and our computers on it the whole time, even while staying at the hotels. Yes, there is wifi everywhere in Japan, but didn't come close to how fast and dependable our little pocket wifi was. We are already planning to go back and YES!, we will be using Japan wireless!

Reliable and reasonable: I use their services on every trip I take to Japan, and most of my students who travel with to Japan with also use their services. Because its fast (Premium Wifi), I can find up-to-date bus and train schedules, and maps, etc, quickly. I've already ordered my Premium Wifi for a vacation (rather than work) to enjoy Hanami!
