Didn’t have a problem at all in my recent trip to Osaka. Japan wireless was very efficient and accommodating. Booked my pocket WiFi about 24 hours or less before my arrival and they still accommodated me and my request. Returning the device was no hassle at all and everything went so smoothly! I would definitely book with japan wireless again. The best!

Good and reliable wifi

We used the pocket wifi for 3 while while traveling all over Japan. It was so easy to pick-up and drop-off. Having internet wherever we were was really convenient!
