Fast internet, amazing service, amazing customer service.

Consigliatissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Reso nuovamente all'ufficio postale dell'aeroporto all'interno della busta già pronta per essere spedita.

I recently moved to japan and I knew it would take me a little while to get home wifi organised upon arriving. I ordered this online to be delivered to my hotel and the process couldnt have been easier. I made a mistake of throwing away the prepaid envelope which I was worried about but I got in contact with customer services and they got back to be with clear instructions of what to do. I also had to extend my wifi because I didnt have my home wifi installed yet and that was super simple to do too. Thank you Japan Wireless for making my first few weeks in Japan SO much easier. I don't know what I would have done without it!

We use this pocket wireless for 14 days NO STOP. We used it for google maps, social networks, calls by WhatsApp.
The connection is perfect also in the Fuji forest!
Super solution for your connection during the trip.

I didn’t experiment any issues they provide you everything great customer service

The online ordering process was straight forward and easy. Hopefully that experience is replicated when I get to Japan next month

excellent customer service. Router was at hotel on arrival. Coverage everywhere we went in Japan.

Arrived on time and was so easy to use. Posted back at the airport - a great service all round and saved a fortune on phone bills - would definitely use again

Very recommended.
