Visit Japan for 8 days. Everything went well and it was so easy from the get go. The internet connection is really solid, even when I visited Osaka, I can still get 40-60mbps easily. They provide power bank so that is a plus.Really make my trip to Japan easy.

I honestly loved the services I got from Japan wireless. I used it everyday for my week trip and it was so easy and convent. It handled my data usage easily as I mostly used it to play Pokémon go in the city and outside in the rural area. My trip got extended and extending the rental time was so easy and straightforward. (Bonus: I didn't reserve a battery pack and I still ended getting one for free. Talk about great service) also not that the pocket Wi-Fi has an extendable antenna to assist with coverage, I didn't realize this till my last day.

From beginning to end this was the best thing we got in Japan. Picked it up right at the airport with no hassle it was so easy for everybody to connect, we had four users never had a bit a problem and no matter where we were we had connectivity and fast speed . Without a doubt I would recommend this to anybody going to Japan. Wish they had this available in other countries we have traveled to because I certainly would’ve got ! And we all felt it was so reasonable for what you received

It was simple and easy to reserve pocket WiFi. Used this company last year and very satisfied.

Used JW in Kyoto. Had the JW pocket wifi delivered to my Hostel. Came in on an envelope with a small bag, tiny square size pocket wifi, slim power bank, usb charger chord and a return envelope. Easy to set up, connection works pretty good, battery life is fantastic! it ran all day from 6am till midnight and still has 1 bar power left without using the power bank. I let it charge over night whenever I go to sleep. Very easy to return. Would use it again when i go visit Japan again. Price is also fair, I think I paid close to $50 for 5 days. Highly recommended. Hope i get a discount on my next use. :)

I used a lot of data and there was no issue at all for two months. Extension was so easy as well.

Best customer service ever had a little problem with my arrival destination instead of haneda I arrived at narita but thanks japan-wireless for helping me with my inconvenience because they helped with the delivery destination and the product itself was amazing no issues with signal failure had the pocket WiFi for 9 days and had no issues easy to set up and fast and reliable thank you and would use japan-wireless for my next visit to Japan

Excelent 4G coverage and overall excelent service!
