A great service. Collection at the airport and drop- off hassle free. Devices easily connected and worked perfectly for our 2 week holiday . We walked in the mountains and toured the cities and always enjoyed full data and connectivity . It is very reasonably priced . I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan.

This was my first time renting a pocket Wi-Fi and the experience was fantastic. The process is so easy and well-explained. The entire process is explained online so there was no worry once I arrived in Japan. Once I received the product, the pocket Wi-Fi worked wonders. I had signal even in the mountains in Matsuyama. I was able to get around by myself due to this pocket Wi-Fi. A DEFINITE must for those traveling in Japan!!

We had the pocket wifi for 2 weeks in September. It was there waiting at the hotel when we arrived and returning it was simple, we just had to pop it in a prepaid envelope and post it off.
The pocket Wi-fi itself was great, battery lasted all day with continuous use and signal was excellent pretty much everywhere. I would highly recommend the product especially if needing to use google maps or translation apps!
