Smooth, easy proces to order, very easy to use and very easy to return. I would have liked a mail to confirm the return but that’s a minor detail.

Easy to book, was waiting for us at our hotel, worked perfectly and easy to return. Would definitely recommend

Pick up and drop off were super easy. Equipment was is good condition and worked flawlessly. Will use again during my next visit.

Ordering was smooth. Using was easy, wifi was good. Returning device was easy as well. Why wait in lines at the airport? This is the way to go!

I was very happy to be able to get the device online
It will be at my hotel for me

I am looking forward to using it

Wifi pocket worked really well. I will be renting from this company again!

It was very easy and convenient to pick up the wireless router. Had no issues with the connection. I would very much recommend Japan Wireless
