The service worked great!

I have been using a Japan Wireless mobile device on my trips to Japan over the past decade. Would recommend to other travellers.

Wet good.
Easy to use and service is great.

Very convenient good for my travel I will recomend it

Process to order, use and return so easy.

Got the package delivered to my hotel. Easy to use, always connected. Worked perfectly my entire trip.

It was so convenient to have the Japanese wireless with me throughout Japan. I was able to use Maps Google Translate. I wish I had it all the time where I live.

reliable, easy to pick up (at the airport or directly in hotel) and easy to use

The whole process was super fast and easy. The provided instructions were clear and everything worked perfectly. We never had to worry about coverage the whole trip. Worth every penny.

Worked well after a reboot of the phone.
