The sim was sent to the hotel as requested, easy to install and worked perfectly everywhere (even in the Shikoku countryside)

Stable, powerful. I never needed the extra battery. Super choice.

It is easy to use and it works well on most places. It would get one more star if it searched the best band automaticly.

very convenient, fast delivery to hotel, works perfect and fast data all around Japan, highly recommended

Fonctionne parfaitement sur l’ensemble du territoire.

Very good service and good coverage

We rented this device for two weeks, we had no problems, pick-up and drop-off was straight forward and easy. Just go ahead and get it!

Super connectivity while we were travelling around Japan. Thanks Japan Wireless, without your router, we would have been lost in reading menus, train schedules and staying in touch with friends and family both in Japan and in Canada.

Pretty usefull, i used it all the way thru Japan and it always had signal I recommend it

Japan Wireless is great! They dropped off the pocket wifi at my hotel, and supplied a prepaid envelope to return it. Overall perfect experience!
