Worked great with easy pickup and drop off. Thank you!

I will use this company again. Very satisfied. Recommended to everybody who need wifi in japan.

If you’re a foreigner traveling in Japan this is a must. I picked up at the airport. Was very easy. Great device.

Perfect, very good service. Very easy to use everywhere.

Everything was perfect! Best internet ever! Thank you

Delivery to closest post office perfect, pocket wifi functioned very well. Installing the translation device was more problematic

A pocket WiFi is a must while traveling in Japan. Easy pick up and drop off process. The WiFi service was 100% reliable at all of our destinations. The speed was even faster than the WiFi offered at many of the hotels! Will use the service for our next trip for sure.

Our experience with Japan Wireless' portable WiFi device was so easy. The device worked really well, though we did go to a couple of very remote places where there was no reception. Mostly there was good reception. The battery lasted all day. Quick wifi. Thank you!

Amazing service, didn’t have any problems! Thank you

Commending the team for an awesome service when I was in Japan
