Very reliable internet at all times. Battery life is good for the whole day of use. Power bank included which adds peace of mind.

We really appreciate the service we received. The wireless Wi-Fi was sent to our hotel and was there when we arrived. I will recommend this to our friends visiting Japan.

Wi-Fi connection very solid and continuous connection.
Easy pick up and return

Easy to use and worked well through whole trip. Make sure you have wifi in order to activate and install.

This wifi service was fantastic. As an anxious first time traveller to Japan I was relying heavily on the internet to get around. I had no trouble with this service - I was very happy. I’m planning to return next year and will definitely be using this service. It was waiting for me at the hotel as requested. It was easy to return at the airport post box.

Our trip to Tokyo was awesome because of this pocket wifi that has long battery life and speed that enough for us, thanks to Japan Wireless ☺️

The hot-spot worked as expected. Very satisfied with the service.
