good and useful usage

Very easy to use, it worked everywhere

The ordering process was straight forward, the device was delivered to my hotel ahead of my arrival, and the instructions for returning said device were easy to follow. Other providers expect you to pick the wifi device from Tokyo airport upon arfival, but who wants to do that after a 25 hour flight? This was the best option by far!

We rented the premium wifi unit with unlimited data which cost us about $6.50 a day. As promised, it was at our first hotel. My friend and I were almost always together so we were able to share the pocket wifi. We used the unit all day especially on google maps, to keep in touch with family back home, to reserve other tours, to look up restaurants, and to figure out what trains to use. When we left Japan, we dropped the unit off in the provided envelope in the post box at the airport. I would definitely recommend using this unit and service and I would definitely rent the next time I am in Japan.

I would totally recommend for Japan use. Best option for the easy process of receiving and returning the item. Being portable is also very convenient.

Very fast internet speed! Delivery is on time and service provider is beey efficient… Wifi router battery usage will last a out 24hours!
