100% recommend product price & service. Previously used other companies which were OK but this produced is neater & comes with a back up battery which I also used to charge my phone. I dropped it in the red post box by one of the doors entering departures & received return confirmation within couple of days. I'd definitely use again

The device worked flawlessly for the entire 20 days we travelled through Japan. Exceptional connectivity to all our devices. Thanks Japan Wireless.

it has worked very precisely and was extremely useful

I was happy with the service coverage and did not have any problems while using the Japan Wireless Sim which totally served the purposed it was purchased for. 'Till next time!

Made me connected all the time! Was a very big help especially if you are travelling for work. :)

Upon arriving in Haneda arrivals. The site was easy to find and connection to WiFi was quick and easy.

Excellent.I had internetvalways.Very good service.

I love using a pocket WiFi. I’m ensured to have connection wherever I go. Picking up and dropping off was super easy. High recommend

Used Japan Wireless for my Japan trip this past November. Picked up my pocket wifi upon arrival into Narita Airport Terminal 2. Had no issues with it and didn’t have to worry about connection interruption at all. Liked the fact it came with a Power bank but never had to use it as it lasted the whole day. Would definitely recommend this service and would use them again when I travel back to Japan. Arigato gozaimasu Japan Wireless! Great service!

Great for almost the whole trip, just keep it well charged!
