Easy pick up and drop off and no connection problems. Started in Tokyo, went down to Nagasaki, and then up to Yuzawa with no problems at all.

I rented this wireless for my recent trip through Japan with my sisters and we were very impressed. The free backup charger was such a great addition, we rarely needed it for the wireless but we often used it for our phones. The connection was great and was available everywhere we travelled (Tokyo, Hakuba, Takayama, Osaka, Kyoto and Nara). It is also really small and easy to slip into your pocket if you're not taking a bag with you. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Never had any issues with speed, service was great and the battery life was amazing! I never even had to use the provided external battery

For a family with 2 teenage children this pocket wifi was unbelievably good. Dropped off at our hotel then posted when we finished in the bag they gave us. Fantastic.

Simple to pick up package (friendly staff) and very convenient to return with enclosed postage paid envelope. Unit is not complicated to use and was always reliable. Will use again if we are lucky enough to visit beautiful Japan again. They take care of everything!!!

All works smoothly and internet speed it’s great. Recommended. Only point, I didn’t find pre paid envelope to return cards, but with few yen i sent it from post office

Great little product, ended up using it more than we did the hotels wifi. Came in especially handy when navigating the train system. Customer service is fabulous, had a query about something and they sorted it straight away.

ordered online, arrived at hotel next day. Turn on, ready to go with no fuss. Worked well with good speeds. At end of trip put in return envelope at airport - done. A great value experience

The order process was simple as was picking up my device once I made it to Japan. We had no issues with connectivity other than in places you would expect, long train tunnels, some subway stations, and underground areas in some building. We extended our stay in Japan by a few days and it took only an email and updated payment to extent my wifi rental. Will definitely rent from Japan Wireless on my next visit.
