This was my second time using Japan Wireless and can say that each time, the whole process of ordering, receiving and returning the wifi has been extremely simple. Speed and connection was reliable. The only issue I had this time was the adapter cable in the package did not work at all so I had to use one of my own from another device I was carrying. Otherwise, no complaints.

Excellent. We did not had any problem using the pocket wifi. Easy to use with complete stuffs.

I can highly recommand this service.

It came when it was expected to come.
It worked like it was expected to work.
It fitted into my pocket as it was expected to fit.
What else shoujd I wish for. Good stuff.

Easy to receive the unit once I arrived at Haneda. Worked immediately. Later had a power issue. They quickly replaced it for me. Dropped off in the mailbox at the airport before flying home. Very convenient. I would trust their service again. Thanks!

I availed of the same day delivery option for a pocket wifi. I received an urgent email advising me of the situation that the unit cannot be delivered on my requested time. My order was put on hold until I send confirmation of the alternative delivery time. Very quick & professional after-sales customer service. My refund was also processed within a reasonable period.

Used this throughout our trip to Japan. Easy to set up, totally reliable, and well supported. Had no trouble wherever we went, and wouldn't have been without it. Highly recommended.

Really helpfull. I will recommend this service to all my friends

Had no issues using JAL wireless during our recent 2 week trip in Japan. Good network. Easy pick up from narita aiport

Very good connection , we rented for 16 days and everything was perfect, no problem with duration of the battery ,they also provide with a double battery just in case, but we never used.
