It was a saver to have the devise with us! Highly recommend

Always a 5 star. Service is excellent!

Worked perfectly the whole trip!! Highly recommend :)

Excellent service. Thank you

Very good wifi service

I've used this service twice now and both times it was flawless. We stayed in Tokyo both times and had zero issues. The pocket wifi was at our hotel when we arrived and the drop at Haneada was simple.

Great service that worked so smooth.
I would definately recommend this.

Pick up was a non issue and it was reliable throughout my 3 weeks vacation. Thank you very much!

Fantastic, easy to use and never cut out / slowed down

If you're travelling in Japan this is the best way to get around. Fast wi-fi and good reception even in the snow. You get a charger, cable, power pack and wi-fi unit in a little bag. You don't have to pay extra for power pack. I'll be using it everytime I visit Japan it made travelling around so much easier so I could relax and enjoy my holiday. Thanks so much.
