Fast and reliable service. Will definitely use Japan Wireless’ service again.

Service is very good. Internet speed is very good

Japanese Wireless was one of my best decisions in Japan!!! I highly recommend it!

The service was very good and on time. I had my portable Wi-Fi waiting for me at the hotel and after it was very easy to return just leaving it into a post box in the closest Lawson Station! Just great!

Very easy and convenient

It was very straight forward to order and I’m having the device delivered to a private address. Look forward to it being there when I arrive

Excellent service. The product was waiting for me at the front desk of my hotel and perfectly suited my needs.

It was reasonable and worked great.

I have ordered both short and long term plans. They deliver the devices very quick! (wihin 24 hours!) Customer services is very responsive as well. The internet speed is fast (same as the office internet speed), and you can take the device anywhere! It comes with power bank, might be bit bothersome to carry 3 things at once (phone, power bank, pocket wifi) but it works fine for me.

So worth it. Excellent service. I have tried many pocket wifi services and this is my favorite by far.
