I travel to Japan on business several times a year. I've used Japan Wireless a dozen times or more and have never had an issue. Their equipment is in perfect shape, it's always on time, and when I needed extra service they were fast and reliable. Plus the price is right.

They help me very fast with a mistake, im so glad

Competitive price and can share with family. Highly recommend

Very fast and efficient customer service.

I can always rely on Japan Wireless. The have never let me down!!!

The process to find the right plan, and to order was extremely simple and easy to understand.

Receiving and using the wireless device was a painless process.
Once connected, everything worked smoothly and there was never a moment I had no signal/connection.
Finally the return process is very straightforward. All in all a worthwhile service.
